Return Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to saffronwiehl.com do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with saffronwiehl.com for refused shipments.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, kindly email saffronw@gmail.com within 2 days of purchase. We'll do our best to assist you. However, please note that once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations due to our streamlined order and shipping systems.
